Intellectual Property

All Stefania Toscano designs, motifs, clasps, and identifying marks are protected intellectual property of the House. Unauthorized reproduction or replication is strictly prohibited.

Our pieces feature natural gemstones and pearls. Variations in tone, shape, surface, and texture are inherent to natural materials and are not considered defects. These nuances are part of the individuality of each jewel.

Pieces acquired during trunk shows or private appointments may have unique production timelines depending on edition availability.

Certain designs may be available exclusively through private presentation and may not be offered again.

Each piece includes an internal factory identification number, recorded within the House archives to ensure complete traceability. Our manufacturing partners remain confidential, but every design is documented from creation to collector.

Because each piece is produced in limited numbers and often made to order outside of trunk shows, production timelines may vary. Estimated delivery windows are provided at the time of purchase, but typically take 4 weeks for international shipments.

We will always communicate clearly regarding expected completion and shipment.

All payments must be successfully authorized before an order can be released for shipment. In some cases, transactions are reviewed through our fraud prevention partner to ensure the security of both our clients and our House.

Most verifications are completed within hours, though occasionally the process may take up to three business days.If additional confirmation is required, you may receive a brief email from our verification partner asking you to confirm that you are the authorized cardholder. They will never request your full credit card number, social security number, or sensitive personal information.

Orders may be declined or canceled at our discretion if a transaction cannot be verified.

Orders may not be modified or canceled once production has begun. Because each piece is produced in limited numbers and often crafted upon request, we are unable to reverse materials allocation once confirmed.

A standard of mutual respect must be maintained in all interactions with our collectors, partners, and representatives. The House reserves the right to refuse service to individuals whose conduct is abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the values and integrity of Stefania Toscano.

International orders may be subject to local taxes, customs duties, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

All Stefania Toscano orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Express. In certain circumstances, an alternate carrier may be used to ensure timely and secure delivery. Every shipment is fully insured through our fine jewelry insurance partners.

For select orders, carriers or insurers may require the package to be held for pickup at a staffed

FedEx or UPS location. This policy is in place to protect high value pieces during transit.

Once a shipment is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We are unable to issue refunds or credits for packages reported lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery. We recommend choosing a secure delivery address and retrieving your parcel promptly.

If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit prior to confirmed delivery, we will work directly with the carrier and insurer to resolve the matter.

All pieces acquired outside of a scheduled trunk show are made to order and are final sale.A deposit is required to begin production for orders placed outside of trunk shows. Because each jewel is released in small editions and often crafted upon request, deposits are non refundable and non transferable.

This policy applies to all acquisitions made outside of private showings or scheduled presentations.

If you would like clarity before confirming your order, we are always available to assist.

Custom commissions, personalized engravings, collaborations, and modified designs are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

To preserve the integrity of your jewel, we recommend avoiding impact, harsh chemicals, and prolonged exposure to water.

Pearls and natural stones should be stored separately to prevent abrasion. When not worn, pieces should be kept in their original box or a soft pouch.

If you are unsure how to care for a particular design, we are always available to advise.

Length and structure are engineered to accommodate varying sizes without the need for resizing or post-production alteration. For this reason, structural modifications are not offered.

Collectors are encouraged to confirm their preferred fit prior to acquisition. We are always available to advise before production begins.

Each Stefania Toscano piece is crafted in solid gold with natural stones and hand finished details intended to be worn for decades.

We offer a one year warranty from the date of purchase covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. If a production issue arises within this period, we will repair the piece at no cost to you. We will also cover insured shipping both ways.

After five years, or in cases of wear from daily use, impact, or improper care, we are pleased to continue servicing your piece. Repairs outside the warranty period are quoted individually and are charged at cost. These services are not designed to be profitable. They exist to preserve your jewel as it was meant to be worn. We will continue to cover insured shipping to and from you for approved repairs.Each piece is evaluated with care so its original integrity and character remain intact for years to come.
